Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions seeks a Quality Control Manager to lead the Contractor's Quality Control Program for Hurricane Isaias recovery operations at Hurlburt Field and Eglin AFB in Destin, FL. The role ensures all construction, repair, and restoration work meets contract requirements, codes, and quality standards.

Applicants should have at least five years on similar projects, two years as QCM, DoD or federal construction experience preferred, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience on construction contracts of similar size and complexity.
• At least two years of experience as Quality Control Manager on construction projects.
• Knowledge of codes, specs, QA/QC procedures, and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Conduct and document quality control inspections of construction, repair, and recovery activities.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with subcontractors and Government reps.
• Verify completed work meets contract requirements prior to acceptance.
