Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for a Budget Support Specialist to provide financial support services for our government customer located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam in Honolulu, Hawai'i.

The role requires 5+ years in DoD finance, proficiency with CFMS-C, SABRS, STARS-FL, and data analytics; high school diploma or GED; and U.S. citizenship with an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Government financial management operations.
• Proficient with DoD financial systems: CFMS-C, SABRS, STARS-FL.
• Strong data analytics and MS Office skills.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process funding realignment requests using CFMS-C and record entries in SABRS.
• Reconcile funding authority data across CFMS-C, SABRS, and CRT; report discrepancies.
• Manage FDR packages in CRT; ensure KSDs are uploaded and data accurate.
• Create ad hoc budget execution reports per government guidance.
• Support budget formulation and data calls; perform data mining and validation.
