Job summary

Koniag Government Services seeks a Senior Budget and Cost Analyst (TS/SCI) to support a government customer at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on DoD budgeting, PPBE, and financial execution with senior leadership stakeholders.

The candidate will analyze budgets, prepare program submissions, and coordinate with project managers to ensure funding alignment and accountability. Onsite work is required; travel to CONUS sites may occur as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD financial planning and analysis experience.
• 5+ years in a Program/Budget Execution office.
• Experience with DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and execution process.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes financial data related to operations, performance, opportunities, and investments.
• Supports PPBE process by preparing budget submissions and aligning with agency strategy and funding requirements.
• Conducts budget artifact analyses (Advana/Qlik Sense Hub; investment descriptions; congressional budget justifications).
• Identifies funding solutions for the portfolio and reviews funding proposals.
