Job summary

Input Technology Solutions in Fort Meade, MD seeks a Senior Program Analyst to track DoD PPBE processes, draft and edit strategic documents, and apply performance metrics to programs and funding priorities. Candidates should have a TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience (or equivalent), and experience with large financial portfolios.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 10 years' experience, or additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Ability to manage team environment dynamics across DoD, Intelligence Community and other agencies.
• Flexibility to work multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time-sensitive matters.
• Experience with supporting large financial portfolios, including workflow activities, briefings, and monthly financial reviews.
• Experience with DEAMS or DAI Budget software.
• PPBE background.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Track analytical, technical and administrative tasks related to the DoD PPBE process (EBC/POM).
• Assist with drafting, editing, proof-reading, and maintaining version control on strategic documents and procedures.
• Apply requirements guidelines to establish performance metrics for changing programs and funding.
• Support portfolio development efforts with attention to detail and documentation.
