Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.
• 8–10 years of experience in federal financial management, budgeting, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of PPBE process and DoD Army budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of detailed budget submissions and funding justifications for internal, Army, and DoD reviews.
• Develop and manage complex spend plans with variance analysis and execution reporting.
• Conduct shortfall and UFR analysis to identify funding gaps and inform resourcing decisions.
• Support full PPBE cycle including program build, budget justification, and execution review.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to present financial status and recommendations.
