Job summary

HX5, LLC is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support the HNI Division at Hanscom Air Force Base in MA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the acquisition field, focusing on effective program management and documentation.

This role comes with a competitive salary range of $130,500 to $154,500 annually, based on qualifications and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant technical discipline, with 5 years in the DoD.
• 12+ years of experience with Bachelor's degree, with 5 years in the DoD.
• 15 years of direct experience with proper certifications, with 8 years in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the effectiveness of acquisition programs.
• Communicate effectively through documentation and briefings.
• Support management reviews and develop acquisition reports.
