Job summary

COLSA is seeking a seasoned program analyst to support DoD/AF acquisition activities in Oklahoma City. The role emphasizes requirements development, JCIDS processes, and program analysis to advise on strategy and actions.

The candidate will help manage schedules, metrics, and data for a full life cycle of DoD programs, collaborating with multiple USG organizations and stakeholders while supporting policy and capability planning efforts within AFMC/AFSPC.

Qualifications

• MA/MS or BA/BS in a relevant technical field or equivalent years of DoD experience.
• Experience in DoD/AF program analysis and lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to track metrics, schedules, and program status.

Responsibilities

• Support key acquisition events and reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
• Assist in establishing databases and analyzing key program metrics.
• Track technical metrics and report status to USG.
• Translate user requirements into JCIDS/ConOPs documentation for the directorate.
• Support policy implementation and capability planning within AFMC and AFSPC.
• Promote Modeling, Simulation & Analysis to support acquisition lifecycle.
• Interface with USG organizations to coordinate tasks and issues.
