Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Acquisition & PM Professional – Cost to provide senior-level expertise in cost estimating, acquisition strategy, and program analysis for DoD, IC, and federal civilian programs.

The role involves advising government leaders, developing LCCEs/IGCEs, and guiding modernization investments across the acquisition lifecycle. The successful candidate will interact with senior executives, craft executive-level presentations, and support cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance required.
US citizenship required.
15+ years of federal acquisition experience.
Experience with LCCEs/IGCEs and cost analyses.
Cloud/AI/ML cost modeling and cybersecurity cost analyses.

Responsibilities

Provide senior-level technical leadership and advisory services.
Develop, review, and defend LCCEs, IGCEs, affordability assessments, business cases, and cost-benefit studies.
Support acquisition planning, strategy development, source selections, budgeting, and investment decisions.
Perform advanced cost estimating for software-intensive systems, cloud environments, and enterprise IT programs.
Create executive reports, technical documents, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Interface with government customers and prime contractors to support reviews and decision forums.
Mentor junior staff and provide technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams.
