Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior Level Program Manager to support the DoD Anti-Tamper program at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on acquisition, technology development, and program execution across engineering, testing, and logistics.

Applicants must hold a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access, have a relevant master’s degree with 10+ years of DoD program management experience (or a bachelor’s with 15+ years), and be willing to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and SAP access.
• Master's degree with 10+ years managing DoD acquisition programs; or Bachelor's with 15+ years.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP experience within the last 8 years.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate DoD acquisition processes to generate courses of action for USAF warfighting capabilities.
• Manage program efforts including technology development, engineering, test, production and logistics.
• Develop acquisition documents supporting government PMs’ decisions.
• Identify risks and propose solutions to government PMs.
• Lead development of RFP/J&A packages and other acquisition efforts.
• Organize strategy meetings with DoD orgs, labs, SMEs, and industry leaders.
• Develop and maintain a DoD technology roadmap for service laboratories.
• Determine support level for Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Interact with industry partners to support tech development reviews.
• Plan and execute transport, storage, and tracking of assets.
• Support Education and Outreach for DoD Anti-Tamper courses.
