Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead DocuSign Developer to own the enterprise DocuSign platform, including integrations with Salesforce and JDE, IAM, and the platform roadmap. You will act as a senior technical owner, mentor a junior analyst, and drive governance, security, and release adoption decisions across the business units.

This role requires 5+ years of DocuSign experience, strong API/Connect skills, and proven ability to work with vendor and internal engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on DocuSign experience including admin and API/Connect integrations with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or ERP.
• Demonstrated experience owning IAM for a SaaS platform — federated identity/SSO, provisioning, and access governance.
• Experience developing and executing a platform roadmap with vendor and internal engineering stakeholders.
• Strong vendor management including relationship ownership and escalation resolution.
• Ability to operate independently, set technical direction, and mentor junior support staff.

Responsibilities

• Own design, configuration, and ongoing health of DocuSign integrations with Salesforce, JDE, and other enterprise systems.
• Partner with DocuSign Dev team and cross-functional technical teams on integration builds, API configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as technical point of contact for new integration requests, scoping feasibility and effort with stakeholders.
• Own DocuSign IAM posture, including Federated ID/SSO configuration, provisioning strategy, and access governance.
• Collaborate with Lennar IAM and security teams on federation, authentication, and audit requirements.
• Define and maintain access policies and role structures for scalable user bases.
• Own enterprise roadmap in partnership with DocuSign account team and Lennar leadership.
• Evaluate new DocuSign capabilities for fit with Legal, Procurement, and business needs.
• Review release notes and translate impacts into Lennar planning.
• Represent Lennar in vendor check-ins with DocuSign and manage relationships.
• Own DocuSign template governance and partner with Dev team on new template builds.
• Investigate and resolve pre-execution signer email delivery failures and other complex incidents.
• Open, own, and manage vendor support tickets with DocuSign through resolution.
• Serve as escalation point for the Legal Tech Analyst I on complex issues.
• Support legal hold envelope collection requests for specified states/divisions.
