Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Lead DocuSign Developer to own the DocuSign platform, including integrations with Salesforce, JDE, and other systems, IAM governance, and enterprise roadmap. The role drives vendor relationships, platform strategy, and escalation resolution across the Lennar tech stack.

Responsibilities include design and health of integrations, provisioning and SSO, and mentoring the Legal Technical Analyst I on complex cases, with a strong emphasis on independence and technical leadership

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on DocuSign experience with enterprise integrations.
Experience owning IAM for a SaaS platform — federated identity/SSO, provisioning, and access governance.
Experience developing a platform roadmap with vendor and internal engineering stakeholders.
Strong vendor management, escalation handling, and relationship ownership.
Ability to operate independently and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

Own the design, configuration, and ongoing health of DocuSign integrations with Salesforce, JDE, and other enterprise systems.
Partner with the DocuSign Dev team and cross-functional teams on integration builds, API configuration, and troubleshooting.
Serve as the technical point of contact for new integration requests, scoping feasibility and effort with stakeholders.
Own DocuSign IAM posture, including Federated ID/SSO, provisioning, and access governance.
Define and maintain access policies and scalable role structures.
Own enterprise roadmap and platform strategy in partnership with DocuSign and Lennar engineering leadership.
Review release notes and translate impacts into Lennar planning.
Represent Lennar in vendor check-ins with DocuSign and manage relationships, escalations, and releases.
Template governance, reporting for Legal and business stakeholders, investigate signers’ email delivery issues, and manage vendor tickets.
Serve as secondary escalation point for complex account/envelope issues and support legal hold envelope collection for specified states.
