Lennar is seeking a Lead DocuSign Developer to own the enterprise DocuSign platform, including integrations with Salesforce and JDE, IAM, and the platform roadmap. You will act as a senior technical owner, mentor a junior analyst, and drive governance, security, and release adoption decisions across the business units.
This role requires 5+ years of DocuSign experience, strong API/Connect skills, and proven ability to work with vendor and internal engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
The Lead Docusign Developer is the senior technical owner of the DocuSign platform at Lennar, responsible for the platform's integrations, identity and access management (IAM), and enterprise roadmap. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration to own how DocuSign connects to Lennar's broader systems landscape (Salesforce, JDE, and other enterprise platforms), how access and identity are governed on the platform, and how DocuSign evolves to meet the company's future needs. This role also serves as the escalation point for issues beyond routine account and envelope support, and mentors the Legal Technical Analyst I on complex cases.
Own the design, configuration, and ongoing health of DocuSign's integrations with Salesforce, JDE, and other enterprise systems
Partner with the DocuSign Dev team and cross-functional technical teams (Salesforce, OCI, EUC Operations) on integration builds, API configuration, and troubleshooting
Serve as the technical point of contact for new integration requests, scoping feasibility and effort with internal and vendor stakeholders
Own DocuSign's IAM posture, including Federated ID/SSO configuration, provisioning strategy, and access governance
Partner with Lennar's IAM and security teams on identity federation, authentication, and audit requirements affecting DocuSign
Define and maintain access policies and role structures that scale as the platform's user base grows
Own and drive DocuSign's enterprise roadmap in partnership with the DocuSign account team and Lennar engineering leadership
Evaluate new DocuSign capabilities and releases for fit against Legal, Procurement, and business needs, and plan their adoption
Review DocuSign's monthly release notes and translate roadmap and configuration impacts into Lennar's planning
Represent Lennar in weekly vendor check-ins with DocuSign, managing the relationship, escalations, and upcoming releases
Own DocuSign template governance and partner with the DocuSign Dev team on new template builds
Own investigation and resolution of pre-execution signer e-mail delivery failures and other complex incidents
Serve as secondary escalation point for the Legal Technical Analyst I on complex account, envelope, or signing group issues
Support legal hold envelope collection requests for specified states, divisions, or communities
5+ years of hands-on DocuSign experience, including administration and DocuSign integrations (API/Connect-based) with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or an ERP
Demonstrated experience owning identity and access management (IAM) for a SaaS platform — federated identity/SSO, provisioning, and access governance
Experience developing and executing a platform roadmap in partnership with a vendor and internal engineering stakeholders
Strong vendor management experience, including relationship ownership and escalation resolution
Ability to operate independently, set technical direction, and mentor junior support staff
Direct experience with DocuSign APIs/Connect and enterprise integration platforms
