Job summary

RR Donnelley in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Senior Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services for clients in a hybrid setting with 2 onsite days per week. Typical shifts are 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm, Monday–Friday.

The position focuses on accurate document handling, proofreading, and coordinating work within the team, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and maintain high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in document production or word processing preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform document production work according to established policies and procedures.
• Assess job requests and determine correct process to produce documents.
• Edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests to client satisfaction.
• Assist with coordination of document production services within the team.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
• Interact with clients in person, over the phone or electronically.
• Train junior staff members.
• Adhere to client site policies and use appropriate logs/tracking software.
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information.
• Provide Quality Assurance on others' work.
