Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Document Controller Business Analyst to support the California High-Speed Rail Authority project, focusing on the development, management, and maintenance of the Document Control System (DCS). You will ensure audit-ready documentation, version control, and regulatory compliance across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and related work experience required (11 years) or 15 years if non‑degreed.
• Demonstrated proficiency in document control and records management systems.
• Working knowledge of office administration and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills; ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain document control systems and workflows for submissions, approvals, and distribution.
• Receive and log documents into the DCS with accurate metadata (title, number, revision, discipline, originator).
• Maintain master copies, version control, and proper naming conventions for project documents.
• Collaborate with client staff, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely submissions and retrievals.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC and regulatory standards; support ISO 9001:2015 audits.
