Qualifications

• 7+ years of document control experience on nuclear, engineering, architectural, and construction documents.
• Willing to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
• Experience with Electronic Document Management Systems including SharePoint and Kahua.
• Proven experience with Aconex and SharePoint.
• Willing to travel within the US 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain the document control systems for the project.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure contract requirements are met.
• Ensure documents meet production standards.
• Act as subject matter expert for document control systems implemented.
• Provide training and data entry support within the document control function.
