Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of docketing experience, familiarity with CompuLaw/CourtAlert/eDockets, and a proven track record of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize high-volume tasks.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a team mindset.
• Experience mentoring or training junior docket staff is a plus.
• Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, appellate, and bankruptcy rules.

Responsibilities

• Calendar deadlines into the Firm’s docketing system and use rules-based technology where appropriate.
• Serve as subject matter expert on federal, state, appellate, and bankruptcy court rules.
• Identify calendaring risks and recommend corrective action.
• Research and resolve complex docketing questions and provide guidance to attorneys and staff.
• Lead special projects and generate reports from the docket system.
