Job summary

Wave Life Sciences seeks a highly motivated Scientist in DMPK to design, execute, and interpret ADME, PK, TK and in vitro DDIs across RNA therapeutic programs. You will work in a hybrid model from Lexington, MA, collaborating with bioanalysis, discovery, and regulatory teams to deliver robust DMPK data for regulatory submissions.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD or MS with extensive PK/DMPK experience, proficient in WinNonlin, and have strong communication and teamwork skills to support

Responsibilities

• Independently design, execute, and interpret in vitro and in vivo ADME, PK, PK/PD studies to support RNA therapeutic programs
• Autonomously analyze PK, TK and PK/PD data using Phoenix WinNonlin, including NCA and exposure–response analyses
• Represent DMPK at cross-functional project team meetings
• With guidance, plan and deliver DMPK deliverables from lead selection to IND stage
• Collaborate with bioanalysis, discovery research, toxicology, clinical pharmacology, regulatory and CROs to meet program goals
• Prepare high-quality scientific reports and integrate DMPK data into regulatory documents (IND, CTA, briefing documents)
• Manage internal and external (CRO) DMPK activities including DDI, PPB to ensure timely delivery of data
• Deliver IND/CTA-enabling DMPK packages to support regulatory filings
• Stay current with regulatory guidance and advances in bioanalysis and DMPK
