Job summary

Schrödinger in New York seeks a DMPK Scientist to lead ADME/PK strategy for diverse drug discovery programs, integrating DMPK insights with molecular design to identify and optimize drug candidates. You will represent DMPK on cross-functional teams and drive scientifically rigorous decisions.

You will analyze in silico ADME predictions, PK/PD modeling, and data from internal and CRO collaborations to support multiparameter optimization and regulatory submissions, contributing to a collaborative,

Qualifications

PhD in life sciences, chemical engineering, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field with at least five years DMPK experience, or a Master's with at least ten years.
Experience independently representing DMPK on project teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive DMPK and PK/PD strategy for drug discovery projects.
Represent the DMPK group on internal and intercompany project teams to translate ideas into druggable entities.
Collaborate with CROs to generate data for knowledge integration.
Analyze in silico ADME predictions, physicochemical, ADME, and DMPK data for multiparameter optimization.
Prepare reports for regulatory submission and support interactions with regulators.
Collaborate on establishing predictive computational ADME/DMPK models.
