Job summary

Schrödinger seeks a DMPK Scientist to join our drug discovery and preclinical development teams in Boston. You will develop and drive DMPK and PK/PD strategies for discovery projects, collaborate with internal teams and CROs, and contribute to data integration and regulatory submissions.

You should have a PhD (or a Master’s with extensive DMPK experience) and hands-on experience with in vitro/in vivo metabolism, PK/PD modeling, and software such as Phoenix/WinNonlin, SimCYP, Monolix, or MATLAB

Qualifications

PhD or MSc in life sciences/related with strong DMPK background.
Experience representing DMPK on project teams is required.
Experience with in vitro/in vivo metabolism or transporter approaches is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive DMPK and PK/PD strategy for discovery projects.
Represent the DMPK group on internal/external project teams to translate modeling ideas into drug candidates.
Collaborate with internal teams and CROs to generate data for knowledge integration.
Analyze and integrate in silico ADME, physicochemical, ADME and DMPK data for multi-parameter optimization.
Prepare and review reports for regulatory submissions and support agency interactions.
Collaborate on predictive computational ADME/DMPK models with the scientific development team.
