Job summary

You will build responsive interfaces with HTMX and Bootstrap, integrate APIs and data warehouses, and maintain cloud deployments. The role requires collaboration with end-users and ongoing documentation to support team success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/CE or related field.
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining database-driven web apps (3+ for intermediate).
• Proficiency in Python and web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, schema design, and secure connections.
• Experience building responsive HTML/CSS UIs with lightweight interactivity (HTMX, Alpine.js, JS).
• Familiarity with UI design principles and web usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deploy secure Python/Django web apps for digitizing admin processes.
• Build responsive interfaces using HTMX and Bootstrap with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Integrate systems including enterprise Data Warehouse via APIs, DBs, and automation scripts.
• Set up and maintain databases, schemas, and secure connections.
• Maintain cloud deployments (e.g., Google App Engine, Cloud Run) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support deployed applications, troubleshoot, and implement feature upgrades.
• Collaborate with end-users to translate business needs into scripts or apps.
• Assess business needs to select best solution, university systems or custom apps.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools into workflows (e.g., n8n) and existing tools.
• Produce clear technical docs, runbooks, and user instructions.
