Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. in Houston seeks a Divisional Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting for the division, directing the accounting group and ensuring accurate close and compliance with U.S. GAAP.

You will consolidate domestic and international entities, manage intercompany transactions, and drive SOX controls where applicable. You will partner with segment and corporate finance leadership, oversee system integrations and reporting automation, and mentor a growing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior people-management responsibility.
• Familiarity with foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and cross-border tax/compliance considerations.
• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-location accounting, including at least one international jurisdiction.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidated financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the division accounting group including general ledger, project accounting, international accounting, and period-end close.
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process and deliver financial statements on schedule.
• Coordinate with tax, treasury, and legal teams on cross-border transactions and compliance matters.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to division and segment leadership to support operating decisions.
• Lead integration of accounting processes and systems into Solaris’ reporting platform.
