Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of sales or account management experience with major retail customers; assisted-selling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute profitable sales strategies to drive topline growth and optimize product/brand mix.
• Analyze sales, sell-through, financial, and industry data to identify trends and measure performance.
• Partner with stakeholders to expand product assortment and execute new product introductions and promotional campaigns.
• Lead product and sales training initiatives for retail teams to boost knowledge and engagement.
• Manage budgets, promotional investments, and key sales metrics.
