Job summary

Bueno is seeking a District Manager to drive sales and profits across multiple company restaurants. You will provide financial leadership, direction, and support to Restaurant General Managers to ensure strong operations.

The role requires at least 4 years in district management in QSR, experience supervising RGMs for 4–10 units, and knowledge of regulations. Strong communication and computer skills essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years District Management experience in QSR industry.
• Experience supervising Restaurant General Managers for 4–10 units.
• BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EEOC regulations and employment laws.
• Experience developing sales-building strategies for restaurants.
• Strong financial management and people development skills.
• Excellent computer skills with Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform all duties of restaurant positions.
