Job summary

UCC Environmental is seeking a District Engineer to lead water management and wastewater treatment initiatives across heavy industrial markets in the United States. The role focuses on developing strategic plans, managing key customers, and driving profitable growth while ensuring compliance with EPA regulations.

The candidate should have 10–15 years in water/wastewater engineering and a proven sales track record, with willingness to travel 70% of the time and lead complex projects from concept

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of water management and/or wastewater treatment experience in engineering/technology environments.
• At least 10 years of sales/procurement/contracting experience in Power/Mining/Heavy industrial environments.
• Technical leadership for complex water treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual water management and WWT sales strategies for the district.
• Direct territory for water sales initiatives and ensure compliance with EPA rules (CCR, ELG, NPDES).
• Train and develop teams, manage customer relationships, and lead proposal development and post-bid negotiations.
• Collaborate with R&D and other internal resources; travel 70%+ to customer sites.
