Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead a distribution team, ensuring safe, accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping. The role requires hands-on leadership, system knowledge of WMS, and data-driven decision making to optimize labor levels and throughput.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent backlogs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse or distribution teams.
• Strong data-driven decision making using labor and throughput metrics.
• Knowledge of WMS, cartonization, zone allocation, and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor observing workflow and safety.
• Apply interconnected WMS rules to optimize downstream operations.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues and escalate root causes.
