Job summary

Uline is seeking a Distribution Manager in Irving, TX to lead one of its largest distribution operations, spanning over 2.5 million square feet. You will supervise from the warehouse floor, coaching managers who oversee 500+ staff and drive safety, accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

You will focus on continuous improvement with KPI-driven processes, ensuring high-quality service and timely, same-day shipping for customers across North America.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of managers and teams of 400+ people.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership.
• Experience leading with KPIs and performance metrics using WMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, coaching and developing a large team.
• Direct all day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead 500+ employees.
• Drive operational excellence and same-day shipping through data-driven improvements.
• Investigate challenges and remove barriers to strengthen performance.
