Job summary

Uline seeks a senior leader to direct our distribution operations across North America. You will oversee 14 locations and 5,000+ warehouse staff, driving efficiency, safety and accuracy in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities include evaluating inventory, workflows, and workforce planning, supporting site development, and optimizing warehouse systems. A Bachelor’s degree is required with 15+ years in distribution leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience with supervisory roles in multi-site DCs.
• 7+ years in distribution management.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of warehouse operations – inbound and outbound.
• Experience with performance metrics and WMS.

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize our distribution network across 14 NA locations with 5,000+ workers.
• Evaluate operations: inventory, workflows, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Support warehouse development: site selection, building design and product placement.
• Evaluate systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse functions.
