Qualifications

• 6+ years of distribution planning experience
• Combination of Engineering Technology education and high‑level utility design experience
• Strong technical judgment and ability to resolve complex design issues
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
• Ability to lead tasks, mentor peers, and work independently
• CAD experience helpful but not required
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead complex distribution design work using advanced technical principles
• Oversee field data analysis and ensure accuracy in design deliverables
• Develop cost‑effective design packages aligned with customer standards
• Lead permitting coordination efforts with municipalities
• Support construction teams and resolve escalated design issues
• Perform advanced field verifications as required
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior team members
• Manage workload to support deadlines, budgets, and quality standards
• Other duties as assigned
