Job summary

New Balance in Nashville, TN is seeking associates for a day shift in the Distribution Center. You will safely operate forklifts and PIV equipment, pick/pack/ship customer orders, and process returns while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities include inventory management, labeling, packaging, and inspection of goods for damages. Candidates should demonstrate physical stamina and reliable attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to understand English and match numbers/letters.
• Demonstrated stability and dependability in prior roles.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and WMS systems.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and endure 8+ hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders and process returns/exchanges.
• Safely operate forklifts and PIV equipment at heights up to 40 ft.
• Organize, label, and log inventory for shipments and receipts.
• Inspect shipments for damages; record discrepancies and notify supervisor.
• Support 3rd party distribution coordination and cycle counting.
