Job summary

New Balance Nashville Distribution Center in Tennessee is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform pick, pack, ship operations and returns processing with safety as a priority to ensure the highest quality for customers worldwide.

You will understand basic inventory handling, use RF scanners/WMS, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand 8+ hours daily, while contributing to a team that values reliability, accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Must communicate effectively in English
Proven track record of stability and dependability in the workplace
Able to use RF scanner or WMS workstation
Lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Push/pull up to 75 lbs
Stand/walk 8+ hours per day on concrete
Climb ladders up to 12 feet where applicable
Work at heights on mezzanine where applicable
High School diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, process returns/exchanges; troubleshoot issues.
Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors.
Sort, count, package, label, log inventory for shipments/receipts.
Inspect shipments for damages; record and report discrepancies.
Reorganize inventory on shelves for seasonality.
Unpack shipments and replenish shelves.
Identify returned defective units with proper codes.
Support other duties as assigned
