Job summary

New Balance’s Nashville Distribution Center seeks a Distribution Associate to perform pick, pack, and ship activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. You will monitor workflows, assist teams to maintain distribution flow, and support safety and quality goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a warehouse, can lift 50 lbs, operate RF scanners and a WMS, and communicate effectively in English. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and guide teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and RF scanning devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform pick, pack, ship, and returns processing for orders.
• Monitor distribution processes and follow standard work methods.
• Lead problem-solving activities and present results to leadership.
• Audit processes, correct deviations, and maintain safety standards.
• Support inventory control and coordinate with team to meet deadlines.
