Job summary

New Balance in Nashville's Distribution Center is seeking a CDL-class driver to manage distribution-center functions with safety as a priority. The role includes 10% on-property driving and the rest collaborating in a team-driven environment, handling pick/pack/ship, returns, and inventory control.

Required are a Class A CDL with at least 2 years of safe driving, ability to use an RF scanner or WMS workstation, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours.
• Proficient with RF scanners or WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks mainly on property with occasional off-property trips for fuel/maintenance.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders; process returns/exchanges.
• Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors and inspect for damages.
• Maintain safety and follow DOT regulations.
