Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or related field.
• 7+ years in a distribution center with 3+ years in management.
• Experience providing input on operational planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to DC Manager for developing operating plans for warehouse and transportation.
• Assesses departmental budgets and necessary resources.
• Leads process-improvement initiatives and analyzes asset utilization.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and inventory control within the department.
• Manages performance of supervisors and hourly staff; trains and coaches.
