Qualifications

• 15+ years of production-grade distributed systems experience.
• Ability to shape long-term technical strategy and roadmaps.
• Proven track record coaching engineers and elevating standards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, design and data science.
• Excellent communication of complex trade-offs to non-engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional roadmaps and shape longer-term technical strategy.
• Drive scale of Tier 0 services and production reliability end-to-end.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to build commerce experiences.
• Own requirements gathering and drive design, execution, and delivery.
• Coach and mentor other engineers to elevate standards.
