Job summary

Netflix is seeking a senior engineering leader to shape long-term technical strategy and drive cross-functional roadmaps across the Membership & Monetization Platform. You will influence platform-wide decisions, work with product managers, designers, and data scientists to build scalable commerce experiences, and own reliability for critical services at Netflix scale.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building resilient, high-scale distributed systems in production.
• Ability to translate vague business directives into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Proven track record of coaching and elevating technical standards across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, and cross-functional roadmaps for Tier 0 services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and data scientists to build commerce experiences.
