Netflix is seeking a senior Ads Platform Engineer to help build and scale the next generation of advertising systems. You will own real-time, low-latency infrastructure and partner with product, design and engineering to deliver impactful ad experiences across formats.

You will lead experiments, lift studies and cross-functional initiatives to maximize advertiser value while preserving user experience. This role is core to Netflix's ad-supported initiative and growth in connected TV advertising.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development, 5+ years in Ads domain.
• Experience with ad formats and delivery systems and experimentation.
• Experience building large-scale, real-time advertising infra.
• Strong understanding of the ad marketplace and publisher challenges.
• Proven track record of experimentation and lift studies.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with leadership in teams.
• Experience delivering impactful features for ads

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale advertising delivery systems for live campaigns.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and design to shape ad experiences.
• Lead end-to-end experimentation, A/B testing and lift studies.
• Ensure brand safety and optimize ad load, fill rates and advertiser value.
