Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong coding skills in C++, with emphasis on code quality.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems principles; hands-on with open-source storage like HDFS, Ceph, Kafka or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize modules of distributed storage systems (pooled storage, file, object, block, log service).
• Enhance stability, functionality, performance, and cost based on business requirements.
• Drive project execution, write detailed design documents, own module implementation and testing.
• Provide timely technical support for online applications and optimize production systems.
• Participate in deployment, on-call operations, and site reliability for the US team.
