You will mentor a team of PMs and shape staffing and training initiatives. The role requires a bachelor's or higher degree and 12+ years of applicable experience, with domain expertise in commercial banking, loan workouts, and risk/compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than 12 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite distressed commercial credit relationships and prepare reports.
• Lead operational and analytical activities in partnership with Relationship Managers, Credit Officers, Legal, and Loan Operations.
• Manage staffing, performance, prioritization, guidance, and training for PM team.
