• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in engineering, machining, manufacturing, quality, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise entry and intermediate production staff or team leaders.
• Guide scheduling, sequencing of work and production to meet metrics.
• Implement root cause corrective actions and lean strategies to reduce costs and improve quality.
