The role focuses on managing Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and 2022, designing data models, and enabling data lake/warehouse solutions for government-facing initiatives.

The position requires expertise in clustering, replication, backups, and SSRS reporting, with responsibilities including cloud migration and high-availability strategies.

Qualifications

• Senior-level SQL Server DBA experience (2019/2022) in complex environments.
• Experience with security setup, maintenance jobs, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide DBA support including security, tables, indexes, stored procedures, and maintenance jobs.
• Maintain databases in clustered server environments and design data models.
• Apply data lake/warehouse concepts and ensure data integration across legacy systems.
• Mirror servers, implement log shipping, high availability, and backups/recovery.
