Zusammenfassung

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from initiation through completion. You will coordinate with operations, estimating, and field teams, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with experience in water, fire, and mold trades and proficiency in project management software.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience).
• IIRC certification (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in construction management.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.

• Manage restoration projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion.
• Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; adjust as needed.
