Target Corp is seeking a Lead Project Manager for Disaster Recovery in Minnesota. The role leads cross-functional programs to strengthen technology resilience, improve visibility of technical risk, and enhance recovery of critical business capabilities.

Hybrid work is expected, with onsite Minnesota requirements as needed. Responsibilities include linking application recovery to end-to-end capabilities, planning tabletop exercises, and delivering executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years leading Disaster Recovery programs or related work.
• Ability to translate technical risks into clear plans and executive communications.
• Experience with capability-based recovery, dependency mapping, tabletop exercises, or incident recovery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for Disaster Recovery and risk visibility across priority programs.
• Connect application-level recovery to end-to-end business capability recovery with dependencies and ownership.
• Plan tabletop exercises and recovery validation activities with concrete dates and evidence.
• Establish governance and escalation pathways while maintaining engineering ownership.
