• 10+ years leading large-scale enterprise programs.
• Experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or resiliency programs.
• Proven ability to establish governance structures, operating models, and program controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead DR/HA program from initiation through operational transition.
• Develop integrated program roadmap, milestones, and dependencies.
• Establish governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate migration sequencing and cutover planning across multi-team groups.
• Manage risks, issues, and stakeholder alignment to ensure delivery.
