Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Lead Disaster Recovery Analyst in Middletown, NJ, to oversee DR program planning, testing, and governance. The role interfaces with application owners, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and external partners to ensure recoverability and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in disaster recovery/technology resiliency, plus a Bachelor’s in a related field. Certifications CBCP/ABCP are a plus, and advanced skills in ServiceNow/CMDB, VMware, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
5–7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 5–7 years in Disaster Recovery/Technology Resiliency.
Certifications such as CBCP or ABCP are preferred.
Experience coordinating DR planning, testing, and governance.
Familiarity with DR metrics, runbooks, and data center technologies.

Responsibilities

Coordinate DR planning, execution, and governance with stakeholders.
Lead DR testing, tabletop and technical recovery activities across applications and infrastructure.
Support CMDB data quality, DR metrics, and evidence collection for audits.
Manage DR records and workflows in ServiceNow and CMDB processes.
Produce DR status reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.
