Prudential is seeking a Long-Term Disability Claims Examiner to manage a block of LTD claims with strong customer service and analytical skills. You will assess medical information, apply policy provisions, and collaborate with medical and vocational resources to support return-to-work goals.

The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate claims decisions and timely responses to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Long-Term Disability claim management or similar experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while managing 95–100 LTD claims.
• Assess risk and apply policy provisions to make accurate claim decisions.
• Coordinate with medical and vocational resources to support return-to-work goals.
