• 3+ years of LTD experience required.
• STD claim handling and Life Waiver of Premium preferred.

• Ability to interpret complex policy and plan provisions.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

• Oversee a block of ~75 LTD and STD claims.
• Provide excellent customer service and consultative guidance.
