Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related area.
• 5–7 years’ experience in disability management and HR within a large organization.
• Advanced knowledge of ADA, FEHA, and applicable leave laws and regulations.
• Ability to assess disability accommodations and determine appropriate workplace interventions.

• Provide temporary and permanent accommodation assistance to employees to balance business needs and compliance.
