Job summary

DSI Systems is seeking a motivated DIRECTV Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team in Urbandale, IA or Kennesaw, GA. You will manage inbound leads, perform outbound prospecting, and participate in community events and trade shows to drive residential and commercial sales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willing to work full-time from Urbandale, IA or Kennesaw, GA office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to inbound sales leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Generate new business through outbound calling, prospecting, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Sell DIRECTV products and services to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain a professional, consultative sales approach focused on customer needs and solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, community events, partner events, and other sales opportunities.
