Job summary

DSI is seeking a motivated DIRECTV Sales Representative to join the team in Urbandale, IA or Kennesaw, GA. You will handle inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and community events to sell DIRECTV services to both residential and business customers.

You will thrive in a goal‑oriented, team‑driven environment with strong communication, follow‑up, and organizational skills, delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work full-time from Urbandale, IA or Kennesaw, GA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to inbound sales leads via phone, email, and other channels.
• Generate new business through outbound calling, prospecting, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Sell DIRECTV products and services to residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain a consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs and delivering the right solution.
• Participate in trade shows, community events, and partner events throughout the year.
• Track and manage sales opportunities through the pipeline from initial contact to completed sale.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities within company systems.
• Provide timely follow-up on all customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
• Review weekly and monthly pipeline activity with leadership and peers.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support team goals.
