Job summary

XMSTART is seeking an experienced Directorate Action Group (DAG) Specialist to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

The role focuses on managing high-level actions, supporting senior discussions, and delivering concise briefings for executive leadership. You will track executive actions within the Systems Enterprise Directorate (SED), prepare read-ahead materials, and maintain critical reporting

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable deliverables.
• Experience facilitating senior discussions and tracking executive actions.

Responsibilities

• Manages high-level actions and facilitates senior discussions.
• Supports key decision-making processes within the Systems Enterprise Directorate (SED).
• Tracks and manages executive actions.
• Prepares and delivers concise briefings.
• Maintains reporting tools such as SED’s Weekly Activity Reports and customer watch lists.
• Facilitates senior-level meetings with prepared read-ahead materials.
• Tracks action items and documents them clearly.
• Oversees technical review of correspondence and FOIA/Privacy Act requests; contributes to strategic communications.
